No General Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Since our products are carefully prepared and in many cases custom-made, all sales are considered final.
Damaged Items During Delivery
We only accept replacements under special circumstances.
If your product is damaged during delivery, we will arrange a replacement provided that:
- The damage is clearly proven to have occurred during transportation
- You inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item
- You provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once we review and confirm that the damage occurred during delivery, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes
Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.
Claims made after the specified time period may not be accepted.
